Quantum imaging with ultra-low-temperature STM

We probe exotic quantum states with ultra-low-temperature scanning tunneling microscope (ULT-STM) in atomic scale.

Engineering atomically precise structures

We use STM to manipulate individual atoms and molecules to build atomically precise structure that realizes novel quantum states.

Device functionality with multiprobe measurement

We develop multiprobe capability to perform simultaneous STM-transport measurement and elucidate the device functionality of quantum materials.
